AI office automation · Cache Valley, Utah

Optimize the team you already have.

From the front desk to the corner office, you hired your people for their judgment, relationships, and care. Too much of that time goes to copy-paste follow-ups, reminder emails, and chasing invoices. HatchOps hands the repetitive parts to an AI assistant your staff reviews and controls.

No one gets replaced. They win back time for what matters.

How we start

Problem first. AI second.

Before we build anything, we find your highest-margin problem: the biggest money leak, or the most profitable job you keep missing. Then we decide if AI is the right fix, so you never pay for automation that doesn't move the needle.

Step 1

Find the money

Free 15-min call. One question: what's the highest-margin problem you're trying to solve?

Step 2

Size it

How often it happens × what it's worth, per month.

Step 3

Fix the biggest one first

One focused build, done for you.

Step 4

Keep it running

Monthly support and tweaks as your business changes.

Example
6 missed after-hours calls a month × $400 average job= $2,400/moleft on the table
Illustrative numbers only. Step 2 sizes your real problem the same way.

A precise, secure, efficient tool, and a person who owns the result.

Services

Small automations. Big relief.

Do you have all four?

Start with every call answered. Add the others whenever you're ready.

01

Every call answered

After-hours and missed calls get picked up, sorted, and booked, or escalated to your on-call tech.

Example: a 9 PM no-heat call gets booked for 8 AM, and the tech gets a text.
02

Every quote chased & invoice paid

Open estimates get followed up until yes or no. Invoices go out when the job is done, with reminders until paid.

Example: day 2, 5, and 10 follow-ups on every open quote.
03

Every customer back

Google review requests after each job, plus maintenance and repeat-work check-ins.

Example: a furnace tune-up reminder before winter.
04

Every week reported

A short Monday summary of calls answered, quotes won, invoices collected, and hours saved, so you see exactly what you're getting for the money.

Example: one email every Monday morning.

A good way to start: Quote Follow-Up Starter

About two weeks, at the low end of setup pricing. We pick one task, usually following up on estimates nobody has answered. If it saves you time, we add review requests and a weekly report next. If it doesn't, you've risked very little.

Final price depends on how many tools we connect and how complex the automations are. Your AI assistant subscription is billed to you directly by the provider.

About

Hi, I'm Andrew Hatch.

I spent 5+ years as the e-commerce and retail operations manager for a Logan-based technology retailer. I worked closely with the CEO and managed a multi-million-dollar B2B and direct-to-consumer book across Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart.

I know how a small office really runs, and where the hours quietly disappear. HatchOps is how you get your time back.

You own everything

The account, the automations, and your data stay with you. If we stop working together, my access is removed.

Plain English, always

No jargon and no long contracts. Either of us can end monthly support with 15 days' notice.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Will AI replace my staff?

No. The point is to help the people you already pay get more done. Your staff reviews and approves what the assistant drafts.

How is my data handled?

Carefully. I only connect the tools you give written permission for. Social Security numbers, card numbers, and health information (HIPAA data) do not go into AI tools. If we stop working together, my access is removed.

Who owns the account and automations?

You do. The AI assistant account is created in your business's name and billed to you directly by the provider.

What does it cost?

Setup is $300–$500 one-time, and monthly support is $500–$1,000 with a 3-month minimum. You get a fixed quote before any work begins.

How does the after-hours receptionist work?

It answers your business line when the office is closed, 24/7. Routine calls get booked into your calendar, and real emergencies get a text to you or your on-call tech right away. $200/mo (3-month minimum) covers setup, maintenance, tuning, and the phone and AI software for normal use. Or $300 one-time where we build it and you run it, paying the software directly (usually about $10–$100/mo depending on use). Either way, accounts are in your name.

Do I need to be technical?

Not at all. Training is included, and everything is explained in plain English.

¿Hablas español?

Sí. I speak fluent Spanish and am happy to work with Spanish-speaking teams.
